Courses and Training Administrator - Farringdon (Hybrid)

£28,500


We are working with a leading qualifying and membership body which under a Royal Charter, is providing professional development, guidance, and thought leadership, and works with regulators and policymakers to champion high standards.


Why do we need you?


The Courses and Training Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient delivery of the Institute’s training programs and certificated courses. This role involves managing the logistics of both in-person and online courses, coordinating with trainers and stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service to learners.


What will you be responsible for?


Courses and Qualifications

- Organise and schedule a variety of training programs, both online and face-to-face, ensuring smooth course setup and delivery.

- Handle pre-course administration tasks, including managing bookings, sending joining instructions, and distributing pre-course materials.

- Set up learners on the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure all necessary information is provided to trainers and delegates.

- Manage and update student records in both the CRM and LMS systems.


Quality Control

- Issue and collate feedback from training courses to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure all course information is accurate and regularly updated, including maintaining calendar invites, Zoom links, and other details.

Client Engagement and Customer Service

- Act as the main point of contact for all course-related enquiries, providing timely and professional responses.

- Guide clients through the registration process, providing detailed information about training options and assisting with any technical issues on the online platforms.

- Maintain a customer service log to monitor and track enquiries and resolutions.


Trainer and Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate closely with trainers, ensuring they have all the necessary materials and information to deliver high-quality training sessions.

- Assist with preparing and distributing contracts and agreements to trainers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and tutors.


What knowledge, skills and experience will you need to thrive in this role?


Knowledge

- A good understanding of learning design, delivery, and administration.

- Familiarity with learning platforms and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.


Experience

- Experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within the education or professional body sectors.

- Familiarity with data collection and reporting.


Skills

- Strong customer relationship management skills, ensuring positive engagement with clients and learners.

- Outstanding organisational, planning, and time management abilities, with the capacity to work independently.

- Proficiency in using CRM and LMS platforms for managing learner data and processes.
