Responsibilities

Create high-quality, eco-friendly skincare products from conception to completion

Develop fresh, effective skincare products that align with the brand’s ethos of natural and ethical beauty solutions

Collaborate closely with marketing, design, production, and packaging teams to ensure a seamless development process.

Conduct comprehensive research on current trends, consumer needs, and ingredient innovations to keep products at the forefront of the skincare industry

Oversee multiple projects, ensuring all aspects from design to delivery meet high standards

Manage COG, profitability and, analyse the sales data for the portfolio

Contribute to creating engaging content, training materials, and promotional strategies to highlight the unique qualities of our products

Requirements

Passion for all things skincare and beauty, sustainability, and ground-breaking innovation

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Biology, or a related field

Proven track record in skincare product development

Solid understanding of the regulatory landscape and industry standards

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with agility and precision

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
