Job Description
Synechron is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud practice to work on global projects for leading tier-1 banks. It is imperative that this hire can work with various stakeholders to explore a problem space, evaluate various designs and propose suitable solutions. Expect a highly agile environment where you will not always get clear requirements but instead need to help shape and define ways forward. The ideal candidate should have a blend of solutions architect skills as well as general coding and DevOps e.g.
- Helping stakeholders understand their problem, solutions design, aligning to group architectural standards, build PoCs
- Hands on CI/CD and DevOps e.g. terraform, ansible, pipelines etc
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ years experience of AWS services (e.g. EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3 etc)
- Experience of various CI/CD technologies (e.g. Gitlab pipelines, Terraform, Ansible, Hashicorp Vault, Nexus/Artifactory etc)
Desirable but not essential:
- Python
- Postgres
- Granfana/Datadog
- Docker
