Salary: £60K - £65K
We’re excited to be partnering with a pioneering company in the health and natural dairy industry to add a Senior Designer to their team. This innovative brand is transforming the wellness landscape with its science-backed products that promote a healthy lifestyle through the power of nutrition. The role as Senior Designer is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing brand known for its commitment to wellness and high-quality, nutritious products.
Your responsibilities: You will be the key Custodian of Design guidelines, ensuring they show up with maximum impact and consistency.
- Stakeholder for strategic design projects i.e. brand identity refresh
- Primary design lead for marketing and shopper activations and executions (conceptual and executional)
- 85% of the role is focused on design and artwork:
- Product (UK & International):
- Deliver conceptual mock ups for retailer presentations or research stimuli (EPD and NPD)
- Design execution roll-out for some of their new flavours (EPD)
- Front or Back-of-pack design updates or optimisations for existing SKUs (EPD)
- Create pack shots, optimised pack imagery for social and digital use
- Ensure perfect execution of packaging design into repro and print incl. occasional visit for print sign off)
Shopper Marketing:
- Conceptual in-store shopper activation visual drafts
- Support Shopper Marketing in design execution of online and offline shopper activations
Marketing Activation:
- Conceptual mock ups of marketing activations (i.e. retailer presentations, print advertising)
- Ensure perfect execution of design into repro and print
- Support on development of icons, key visuals, or mock ups for presentations
- Support with website layout/page design of campaign and product specific pages
15% of the role is focused on the smooth running and delivery of design and artwork within Biotiful as set out below:
15% of the role is dedicated to ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of design and artwork, following the guidelines and standards set by the company:
- Recommending outsourcing options, when in-house design has no capacity
- Work with the SBM to maintain, build and extend (when needed) current design agency network to ensure breadth of expertise as well as back up cover
- Working with the Project Leads to ensure smooth delivery of artwork projects that aren’t executed internally
Support the Brand & Product team on improving, streamlining and facilitating internal design/artwork processes. What you will need to succeed, the HOW:

Requirements:
- 7 years experience working across branding, artworking, packaging and design
- Experience working with FMCG brands
- Solid project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of Adobe including PhotoShop, AfterEffects, Illustrator, Lumen5, InDesign, would be a bonus
- Proven success in developing artworks in fast paced environments
- Communication skills: great written and oral communication skills.
- Passion for healthy food is a nice bonus
