The Client:

Harmonic is excited to be working exclusively with a very exciting Gen Z Viral Ecommerce Scaleup looking for a logistics coordinator.

This business has had an immense growth journey having gained viral success on Instagram and Tik Tok and establishing themselves as the go-to-party game business. The company is a disrupting the games market by targeting a younger generation of players and stocks its games in both UK and USA retailers such as Walmart, Target, Urban Outfitters and Toys R Us.

The company is based in the heart of Soho and is a very fast-paced company that loves to have a lot of fun but work very hard being ran by two founders. Having only being founded in 2021, this company is looking to do 7 figures this year with big future growth plans.

The Role:

This role is an exciting opportunity to come into a rapidly scaling business reporting into the Head of Operations. The role will allow the logistics coordinator to have lots of exposure to the running of a startup business and allow them to grow.

The Duties:

• Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to track shipments and resolve any issues.
• Work with key clients and stakeholders and ensure smooth deliveries and orders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies related to transportation, warehousing, and safety.
• Understand customer packaging and labelling requirements.
• Work with the Head of Operations on an ad hoc basis.

What our client would like to see (Essential Experience):

• 1-2 years of experience in an operations or supply chain role.
• Fast Growth startup experience.
• FMCG product experience.
• Experience with exports/customs.
• Strong relationship management skills.

What our client would like to see (Non-Essential Experience):

• Working USA retailers.
• Experience working for a games company.

·Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
