Position Overview

As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the project team throughout all architectural and technical stages, from concept design to construction drawings and contract administration. Your work will directly contribute to the delivery of exceptional, bespoke interiors that reflect the studio's commitment to creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of concept designs
• Produce tender and construction drawing packages
• Coordinate consultant information
• Support contract administration and shop drawing reviews
• Assist with project running and quality control
• Help obtain statutory approvals and permissions

Requirements

• University degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
• Experience in luxury residential sector
• Part II or equivalent qualification essential
• Proven experience in bespoke joinery design preferred
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of UK planning policies, building regulations, and H&S legislation
