1. Loyalty - the candidate should be technically strong and well versed with architecture of various loyalty frameworks/solutions.

2. Retail industry experience

3. Architecture

Minimum years of experience: >10 years

Detailed Job Description:

-Understand existing business capabilities

-Understand the current architecture and integration touch points.

-Product components used in each market

-Define North star from architecture point of view

-Work with consulting partners( Gartner etc) to identify loyalty platform vendors and price points.

-Contribute to identifying the target platform

-Support product manager to execute the discovery

-Person who can map low level technical details and interaction of loyalty platforms with a number of systems
