Investment Banking Sr Associate - Consumer & Retail

Pearse Partners has partnered with a global investment bank looking to expand their Consumer & Retail team with a Sr Associate hire. The team has an extremely active deal flow and are looking to expand to provide support to deal teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years M&A deal experience - either from another IB or an accountancy firm.

Key responsibilities:

• Execution of transactions (M&A) across the C&R sector
• Manage and mentor juniors within the team
• Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IM's, preparing pitch presentations and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
• Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships

Ideal Background:

• 5+ years working in an Investment Banking/Big 4 environment
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
• Excellent verbal and written communication
