O50C are working with one of the UK’s largest Charity organisations who are recruiting a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join their team in the care sector. This role combines account management, new business development, and effective communication to drive growth and maintain strong client relationships. If you are passionate about making a difference in the care sector and have a track record of building successful B2B relationships, we want to hear from you. This is a crucial role in driving the company's growth while contributing to the improvement of care services. We are looking for seasoned professionals within the Care Sector wanting to make a difference and are able to communicate with leading organisations across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships within the care sector
- Develop and implement account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and concerns
New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the care sector
- Develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients
Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and market trends
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the care sector
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships
- Demonstrated ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services
- Strong research skills to identify market trends and potential business opportunities
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and their application in the care sector
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
