A well-known, incredibly successful Main Contractor with a major presence in the UK construction industry. The firm have an annual turnover of over £200m and a blue-chip client list including some of the UK’s best-known companies. Market sectors in which they operate include:

Project sizes ranging from £10m-£150m
The Role
The role reports into a site-based Project Manager and will involve the following:
* Interpreting geo-technical reports to make recommendations
* preparing initial site designs
* ensure compliance with planning consents
* liaising with statutory bodies (Highway Authorities, Water Companies, Environment Agency etc.) to resolve engineering issues
* ensuring the engineering design is compliant with necessary standards
* monitoring & resolving any CML issues during the construction phase
* securing technical approvals for site start
