Role:

Lead, mentor and coach a small team of Analysts
Develop and enforce data governance policies and standards
Define data quality procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
Monitor and analyse master data related KPIs/ metrics
Ensure data processes support business requirements
Master data compliance with regulations and industry standards
Identify and mitigate risks with the data environment
Responsible for master data governance framework
Experience to succeed:

Minimum 4 years working in a Master Data related role
Worked at enterprise level
Successfully led and coached a team of Analysts
Proven experience scoping and implementing data governance processes
Worked with SAP / S/4 HANA data management
Experience working in a Shared Service Centre / Global function
Able to communicate with non-technical people with ease
