Multi Clinic Front of House Manager - Private Healthcare

Join a dynamic team as a Front of House Manager for 9–12 month maternity cover, starting in October! We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager with private medical experience who must have experience managing staff in a minimum of 2-3 clinics to lead and empower front of house staff in ensuring exceptional customer service and an outstanding patient experience at this leading private health, fitness, and wellbeing clinic across 8 different locations in London. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for the line management of an admin team of 15 staff, conducting 1:1s, rota management, and other managerial responsibilities, so previous management skills are required. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must for the Front of House Manager role, as we value a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
