Role Overview:
As a FieldService Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and servicing Doosan machines across the region, ensuring our customers' operations run smoothly. This is a field-based, customer-facing role that requires a proactive, skilled engineer with a passion for technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on Doosan machines.
* Visit customer sites, providing hands-on service while building strong relationships.
* Offer technical support for the Doosan machine range.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
* Stay updated with new machine controls and systems through training.
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
* HNC in Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3 years’ post-apprenticeship experience in a maintenance role.
* Strong mechanical and electrical fitting skills.
* Familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain controls is desired.
* Excellent communication and IT skills.
