Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties
Our Support Worker/Care Assistants supports adults with mental health, learning and physical disabilities in, care homes, residential homes and supported living homes. Your duties will Include supporting with daily living, skill development, personal care, activities, and working with some behaviour's which may present as challenging.
Full induction, mandatory training, and regular support and supervision are provided. Competent in administrating medication preferred however, training can be provided.
You must be a driver with a full UK licence, you will not be required to drive your car on shift.
We are looking for staff that can work a minium of 24 hours a week so this will not include those on a sponosrship. However, do apply and a member of the team will contact you about joining our flexi team
