Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Contract Details: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will provide professional support to clients and contractors, resolving payment queries, assisting with platform navigation, and ensuring all customer service standards are met. You will also collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent client support through inbound and outbound calls and emails.
* Resolve payment queries and ensure all issues are addressed within SLAs.
* Assist clients in navigating the online platform and offer guidance on maximising its features.
* Maintain detailed records of client interactions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
* Continuously identify ways to improve service processes.
Skills Required:
* Excellent customer service skills and telephone manners.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
