Job Description

The Role:

The Klinsmann Partnership are now seeking to appoint an E-Commerce Executive.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be managing a small selection of websites for several individual brands which form part of the Klinsmann Partnership’s brand portfolio.

This is a newly created position due to proven business need and to enable/support further business growth.

Your responsibilities will include activities such as the following:

*

Growing commercial activity across the websites that you will be managing

*

Creating and maintaining/adjusting sales and marketing strategies (with a particular focus on SEO) in order to improve website traffic

*

Working with our in-house graphic design team in order to keep websites regularly updated with new artwork/visuals e.g. banners, adverts, etc.

*

Establishing and maintaining e-mail marketing activity

*

Running product promotions and discount campaigns via various channels (social media, websites and e-mail marketing lists)

*

Data analytics through use of the Shopify platform in order to understand which products are performing well and which products’ performances could be improved

*

Monitoring stock inventory and advising logistics/warehouse colleagues in a prompt manner whenever new stock is required

*

Communicating directly with customers to resolve any order/delivery queries and issues as and when required

We are looking for candidates to have some experience/attributes in the following key areas:

*

Ideally you will be a university graduate

*

Prior experience is by no means essential and we are genuinely happy to consider high calibre, motivated fresh graduates – so please don’t hesitate to apply if you feel that you have the wider skillset (but not the experience) required to succeed in this role

*

Having said that, prior experience with the Shopify platform would be advantageous, but not essential

*

Demonstrable experience of working with or at the very least a basic understanding of products in the vaping category would also be advantageous, but again not essential

*

Experience of marketing communications and/or sales work, ideally as a Trading Executive or E-Commerce Executive (or if you have no experience in either of these areas, a willingness to learn what is needed to become a high performer in these domains)

*

An entrepreneurial flair/ambition and a strong sense of business acumen
