Spanish or German Speaking International Sales Administrator – Doncaster
Position: International Sales Administrator
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Type: Full-time, Office-based
The Role:
As an International Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales divisions. You will manage quotations and orders with accuracy, liaise with various teams, and ensure a high standard of customer service. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with sales office experience looking to grow their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to agreed SLAs.
Ensure orders are checked for product accuracy and pricing.
Liaise with customer service and sales teams to resolve order issues.
Gain a thorough understanding of our product range and sales processes.
Interpret instructions from Sales Executives and identify any arising issues.
Maintain a high standard of customer service.
Handle additional order-related duties in collaboration with logistics and technical departments.Ideal Candidate:
Motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish, or German is a must.
Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
A positive attitude and willingness to follow tasks through to completion.
Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft platforms.
