The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage SEN provision within the ASD school.

* Oversee assessments, reviews, and the monitoring of student progress.
* Provide guidance and training to staff to ensure they are well-equipped to support SEN students effectively.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in SEN and leadership, ideally within an ASD or SEN school setting.
* Relevant SEN qualifications.
* Strong understanding of ASD needs and strategies to support students with complex emotional and behavioral challenges.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Availability for an immediate start.
