Job Description

Manage and coordinate offshore operations to ensure safe and efficient execution as an Offshore Supervisor. Offer expert input on tools, equipment, and manpower needed for offshore projects. Verify and manage the availability of drawings, instructions, regulations, and materials on-site. Support the offshore warehouse manager and communicate with the coordination team on project planning, task management, and logistics. Delegate tasks and oversee subcontractors to optimize workflow and efficiency. Monitor work progress and take corrective action when necessary to maintain project timelines. Provide detailed feedback to the Offshore Coordinator regarding the performance of subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on the offshore site. Actively participate in site meetings to address project updates, requirements, and operational needs. Perform administrative duties including report preparation, data logging, production tracking, and post-project cost analysis. Assist and guide the execution of offshore tasks to maintain seamless operations and project success. Mandatory certifications: VCA-VOL, GWO-Working at Heights, GWO-Sea Survival, GWO-Fire Awareness, GWO-(Enhanced) First Aid, GWO-Manual Handling, HUET (BOSIET). Possesses in-depth technical knowledge of offshore operations and tasks. Expertise in offshore regulations and offshore lifting operations (rigger, slinger, banksman). Strong understanding of corrosion principles (NACE certification). Proficient in MS Office tools. Experience with site coördination. Flexible and adaptable to travel requirements. Maintain clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Independently identify and implement optimal solutions. Quickly adapt to changing situations, remain composed under pressure, and make decisions on short notice. Collaborate with the Project Manager and/or Project Director to address issues or deviations as they arise. A salary package based on your experience and education. Meal vouchers. The industrial site in Arendonk spans around 8 hectares and includes a production hall of 50,000 m². The facility is optimized for efficient internal logistics, making it well-suited for handling large, heavy components, with lifting capabilities of up to 105 tons. The blasting booth is equipped for both manual and robotic blasting. Additionally, the company operates several automated blasting machines and a spray hall measuring 7,200 m². A key strength of the company is its large in-house engineering department, where skilled engineers manage the design and calculation of components in line with strict quality standards. The team includes highly qualified structural engineers and draftsmen, who collaborate across multiple sites.
