Key Responsibilities : - Develop, maintain, and enhance management information systems (MIS) to support decision-making processes. - Create and analyze dashboards to visualize data trends and performance metrics. - Conduct thorough systems analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. - Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide accurate reporting. - Generate periodic reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all information systems. - Troubleshoot issues related to information systems and provide solutions promptly. - Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to MIS. Qualifications : - Education: Bachelor's /master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience : - Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing information systems or as an MIS Analyst. - Proven experience in creating dashboards and reports using BI tools (e., Tableau, Power BI). - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques. - Familiarity with SQL and database management systems. - Understanding of data warehousing concepts and systems (ref:hirist.tech)
