Digital Operations Associate - eCommerce Platform

Responsibilities - System/Error Monitoring : monitors the order applications (Retail and eCommerce) to ensure timely processing of files critical to the e.l.f business. - Issue Investigation/Resolution : investigates data issues (EDI files, eCommerce order files) reported by internal team and customers; resolves independently or logs issues with third-party partners depending on severity - Maintain up-to-date Customer EDI Files : coordinates updates to existing customer data files - Onboarding Customers : Work with Technology Manager, customer, and EDI vendor to onboard new retail customers - Testing : documents and executes test scripts supporting new features/enhancements as part of the change control process - Reporting/Reconciliation : works with Technology Product Managers on monthly transaction reconciliation; utilize and modify reports to suit changing reporting needs - Perform Audit Tasks : works in conjunction with Technology Product Managers to perform tasks required for audit - Process user access requests, - Completes other duties as assigned, such as user access requests, Level 1 business application issues, : - Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting multiple applications within a diverse technology stack - Must have excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. - Must have the ability to simultaneously manage a large and diverse number of tasks and issues with a high degree of accountability and professionalism. - Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently in a remote environment and demonstrate solid organizational skills - Must have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions. - Must demonstrate proficiency in using eCommerce platforms, order management systems, and data analysis tools.
