Senior Full Stack Developer - Java/React.js

Strong Technical knowledge in Mobile & Web Application, Server side & Client side Architecture, Technology Landscaping, Software Architecture Pattern, Program Management, Client Management & Problem Solving, Technical Proposals We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions across a diverse technology landscape. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of mobile and web technologies, server-side development, networking, cloud infrastructure, and architecture patterns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical strategy, design scalable solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of robust, high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities : Architectural Design : - Lead the architectural design of mobile and web applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across various platforms. Technology Evaluation : - Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools for front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure based on project requirements. Server-Side Development : - Design and implement server-side logic using various programming languages (e. , Java, Python, Node. js) and frameworks (e., Spring Boot,.Express.js, Django). Technology Landscape : - Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance the company's technological footprint. Mobile and Web Development : - Oversee the architecture of mobile (iOS, Android) and web applications, utilizing modern frameworks and libraries (e., React, Angular, Swift, Kotlin). Network and Security : - Address network-related issues, ensure application security, and implement best practices for data protection, including SSL/TLS, OAuth, and JWT. Cloud Architecture : - Design and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) using services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and Kubernetes to support application scalability and high availability. Microservices and APIs : - Develop and manage microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL for seamless communication between services and applications. Database Management : - Design and implement database schemas for relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases, ensuring optimal data access and performance. Architecture Patterns : - Apply architectural patterns (e., MVC, MVVM, CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture) to ensure maintainability, reusability, and testability of the software. Performance Optimization : - Analyze and optimize system performance, including application. responsiveness, load balancing, and database efficiency. DevOps and CI/CD : - Collaborate with DevOps teams to set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) to streamline the development and deployment process. Code Quality and Standards : - Establish coding standards, best practices, and conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality across all development teams. Collaboration and Mentoring : - Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals. Mentor junior architects and developers. Documentation : - Create and maintain architectural documentation, including system designs, technical specifications, and integration plans. Troubleshooting : - Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the technology stack, including mobile, web, server-side, and network-related problems. Qualifications:. Technical Expertise : - Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#), frameworks (e. , React, Angular, Spring Boot), and cloud platforms (AWS,. Azure, GCP). Mobile and Web Technologies : -In-depth knowledge of mobile app development (iOS/Android) and modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript). Server-Side Knowledge : - Strong experience in server-side development, including RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and serverless computing. Database Management : - Expertise in both SQL and NoSQL databases, ORM tools, and data modeling. Cloud and DevOps : - Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. Networking and Security : - Solid understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, and data protection best practices. Architectural Patterns : - Familiarity with architectural patterns such as MVC, MVVM, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Cloud-Native Architecture. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
