Job Description

About the Role : We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, identifying and recommending the right software solutions, and ensuring successful : Pre-Sales & Solution Design : - Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads and understand customer requirements. - Analyze customer needs and identify the most suitable software solutions from our product portfolio. - Design and configure customized solutions that align with specific client needs and objectives. - Prepare compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities. Technical Sales & Support : - Work closely with sales representatives to develop and deliver winning sales proposals. - Assist with technical aspects of the sales cycle, addressing customer queries and concerns. - Partner with internal teams (development, support) to ensure a smooth and successful solution implementation for each customer. Post-Sales Support : - Provide ongoing technical support to customers throughout the onboarding process. - Conduct training sessions to help customers get the most out of the implemented solutions. - Track customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for further improvement. Technical Skills : - Proven experience working with and understanding cloud-based software solutions (SaaS, PaaS). - Familiarity with various software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). - Strong working knowledge of IT infrastructure and network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS). - Excellent understanding of system integration principles and practices (APIs, integrations). - Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Experience with configuration management tools (e.g, Ansible, Chef) is a plus. - Experience with scripting languages (e.g, Python, PowerShell) is a plus. Required Skills : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree a plus). - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales or solutions engineering role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. - Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn new solutions and products (ref:hirist.tech)
