ETL Developer - SQL/Python

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, test, and deploy data integration workflows using Informatica Power Center and IICS. - Implement ETL/ELT processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse. - Develop and maintain data pipelines that ensure high data quality and meet business requirements. - Build and maintain data mappings using SQL, procedures, and functions for data transformation. - Optimize data pipelines for performance and efficiency, ensuring timely data delivery. - Utilize AWS Glue and Redshift to manage and analyze data within the cloud environment (if applicable). - Automate data integration processes through scripting with Python and shell scripting (if applicable). - Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements. - Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and identify solutions to maintain data integrity. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data integration and data warehousing. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data integration or a similar role. - Hands-on experience with Informatica Power Center and/or IICS. - Strong understanding of ETL/ELT methodologies and data warehousing concepts. - Proficiency in SQL, including procedures and functions for data manipulation. - Knowledge of performance and query optimization techniques. - Familiarity with AWS Glue and Redshift (a plus). - Experience with Python and shell scripting for automation is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. - Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines (ref:hirist.tech)
