Technical Program Manager - Pharma Domain

Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with a global team, including TechLilly business area leaders, architects, project managers, designers and other developers - Plan, Budget, track and report financials related to work. - Be a good steward of Lilly's money - Provide deep leadership and coaching in the project delivery lifecycle. - Focus on shared learning, continuous improvement and drive adoption of best practices - Demonstrate interpersonal skills, teamwork and people development - Provide mentorship to accelerate the development of solution architecture and technical expertise, specific to the Lilly IDS environment - Knowledge of architectural options and the ability to select based on needs and budget. - Understand the business processes being supported by the team - Resourcing continue the team growth through selection techniques, testing and interviews. - Organize your work within an Agile team & Knowledge on Sprint ceremonies (Planning, Estimation, Execution, Reporting & highlight Risks & Impediments) Key Skills : - Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, critical thinking, collaboration and decision-making skills - Possess a positive and energetic attitude, with a view to moving the business forward - Strong self-management and ability to work in ambiguity - Experience building and leading development and support teams that design and deliver highly reliable and scalable systems leveraging one or more technologies here like .NET, Java, React & backend technologies like Python, Nodejs, PostgreSQL, Oracle or SQL Server - Experience with project management of development teams in major cloud technology modernization initiatives and programs such as Azure, GCP, AWS and/or other platform offerings. - Strong knowledge of SQL Development/Datawarehouse experience, business requirements elicitation, data analysis. - Understanding & Knowledge of Automation and Continuous Improvements. - Experience developing IT solutions in a SaaS environment including know how of application configuration/development - Strong domain knowledge on pharma around areas like distribution supply chain - Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as agile software development, rapid prototyping, and DevOps) - Understanding and knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) - Understanding of architecture, design principles to guide the development team Required Experience : - Minimum 5 years of experience in leading projects or programs with varying complexities under different tech stacks. - Minimum 12 years of total IT experience - Proven track record in capacity management and project estimation - Strong background having breadth of experience and technical knowledge - Lead teams to rationalize, optimize and support applications for maximum speed and scalability with industry best practices. - Proven experience leading a team in a regulated industry including but not limited to, understanding regulations, SOPs, computer systems validation, and change control. - Preferred to have experience / interest related to Pharma domain - Preferred certification in one of fields PMP, PMI, PRINCE II, Safe , CSM, SEI etc - Knowledge in ITIL, Service Now, JIRA - Having Supply chain domain knowledge related to Pharma especially around Warehousing, Clinical Drug Delivery & Supply would be a huge plus. - Key , Clinical Drug Delivery & Supply would be a huge plus.
