Job Title : Oracle VBCS and ATP Developer Experience : 5 Years Location : Remote/Hybrid Contract : 6-12 Months (extendable) Budget : Open to Discuss Notice Period : Immediate joiner Job Description : The Oracle VBCS and ATP Developer will play a key role in developing and delivering applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) integrated with Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP). This role involves designing, developing, and deploying cloud applications that interact with Oracle ATP databases, ensuring efficient, scalable, and secure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud-native application development and strong hands-on experience in Oracle VBCS, ATP, and related Oracle Cloud services. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) with a focus on seamless integration with Oracle ATP (Autonomous Transaction Processing). - Build user-friendly web and mobile applications with low-code/no-code development using Oracle VBCS, ensuring high performance and scalability. - Develop, optimize, and maintain complex queries and procedures in Oracle ATP for effective data management and processing. - Integrate VBCS applications with other Oracle Cloud services such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), and Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS). - Ensure secure and efficient data access between the VBCS applications and ATP, including the implementation of APIs and RESTful services. - Design and implement user interfaces, forms, workflows, and dashboards in VBCS. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. - Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimizations to ensure high-quality delivery of applications. - Ensure that all applications are built with security best practices and compliance with Oracle Cloud Security standards. - Provide technical documentation, including solution design, user guides, and process documentation for ongoing support and maintenance. Required Skills : - 5 years of experience in Oracle development, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle VBCS and Oracle ATP. - Strong expertise in building and deploying cloud-native applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS). - Solid understanding and practical experience with Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP), including SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling. - Experience in creating and consuming REST APIs and Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS). - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET for developing interactive user interfaces within VBCS. - Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration with various Oracle Cloud services. - Experience in application lifecycle management, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing in Oracle Cloud environments. - Understanding of Oracle Cloud Security principles, user authentication, and role-based access control (RBAC). - Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues efficiently. Good-to-Have Skills : - Experience in Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) and its integration with ATP and VBCS. - Familiarity with Oracle APEX and its use cases with VBCS. - Knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for building analytics dashboards integrated with ATP data. - Exposure to DevOps practices for Oracle Cloud platforms, including deployment automation and environment management. Soft Skills : - Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
