Job Title: Oracle SCM Functional Consultant Location : Anywhere in India Job Type: Overview : The Oracle SCM Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications, with a focus on Oracle Manufacturing Modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in functional consulting, project management, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities & Configuration : - Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Manufacturing modules, including Work in Process (WIP), Bill of Materials (BOM), and Inventory Gathering : - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for SCM processes and systems. Solution Design : - Design and document solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and Oracle guidelines. Testing & Validation : - Develop test cases, execute testing, and validate system changes to ensure compliance with specifications and business needs. Training & Support : - Provide training to end-users and support during the transition phase, addressing any issues that arise Improvement : - Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements within the SCM : - Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful integration of SCM applications with other enterprise : - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience with a strong focus on Oracle Manufacturing Modules. - In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM modules. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus. - Experience with data migration and integration projects is advantageous.
