Position : Salesforce Project Manager Experience : 8 Years Location : Bangalore (Office - 4 Days a Week) Hiring Mode : Full-Time Employment (FTE) Availability : Max 15 Days Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager with a strong background in Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience managing complex Salesforce projects, with the ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality solutions on time. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage Salesforce projects, focusing on Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud implementations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure project alignment with business goals. - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery. - Work closely with Salesforce developers and consultants to ensure solutions meet client requirements. - Communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders. - Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery. - Drive process improvements and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform best practices and Skills : - Field Service Lightning (FSL) : Deep understanding and hands-on experience with FSL implementations. - Salesforce Service Cloud : Strong experience in managing and delivering solutions on the Service Cloud platform. - Experience in project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce projects from inception to completion.
