AEM Developer - Java Technologies

Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for an AEM Developer at Triad Square InfoSec in Bengaluru. The AEM Developer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, and offering customer service. Additionally, the role will involve training and mentoring team members on AEM development. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring high quality and performance standards. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to AEM and provide timely support to users. - Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. - Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance the technical skills of team members. - Provide ongoing mentorship to junior developers. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA, to deliver comprehensive solutions. - Create and maintain technical documentation related to system configurations, processes, and best practices. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in AEM development. Qualifications : Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Java J2EE development. - At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Day Communique (CQ5) or the AEM platform. - Proficiency in AEM components, templates, workflows, and OSGi services. - Strong understanding of Java, Servlets, JSP, and HTML/CSS. - Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, etc.) and web services (REST /SOAP). - Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently. - Strong customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction and resolution of inquiries. - Experience in providing training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying solutions in challenging situations (ref:hirist.tech)
