Project Manager - Salesforce

Job Title : Salesforce Project Manager (FSL & Service Cloud) Location : Bengaluru Experience : 8 years Employment Type : Full-time Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager with expertise in -Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud. As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing complex Salesforce implementations, integrations, and customizations. You will work closely with various stakeholders, providing leadership to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions on time. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud projects from inception to completion. - Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure seamless project execution. - Oversee complex Salesforce implementations, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within scope. - Design and manage project plans using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, depending on the project requirements. - Manage Salesforce customizations and integrations, ensuring alignment with client business needs. - Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure innovative solutions are provided for complex business problems. - Ensure efficient communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. Required Skills : - 8 years of experience in Salesforce project management, particularly with Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud . - Proven expertise in Salesforce implementations , including integrations, customizations, and advanced solutions. - Strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies . - Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence , and other project management platforms. - Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to solve complex business challenges with innovative Salesforce solutions. - Experience managing large, cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications : - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce FSL Consultant). - Experience in managing large scale projects in enterprise environments. - Proficiency in Salesforce best practices for design, integration and implementation .
