Software Engineering Manager - Full Stack Development

Designation: SOFTWARE ENGINEER Working within established Software Development Lifecycles and methodologies including agile, scrum, iterative, and waterfall to support the success of the larger IT organization. - Collaborating with other developers by participating in code reviews. - Providing coaching and technical mentoring to more junior developers. - Contributing within a small team of developers to deliver solutions within an Agile methodology, whilst establishing quality, timeliness, and team-wide adherence to architectural practice and guidelines. - Developing applications in a self-directed and self disciplined manner. Thinking analytically with the ability to identify, debug, and resolve technical issue. - Understanding design and architecture of SPA applications and frontend frameworks. - Collaborating with other developers by participating in code reviews and utilizing experience with project requirements analysis and ability to translate that into software architecture needs. - Lead full stack teams of Frontend, Backend, Quality and Performance engineers and accountable the end-to-end delivery of the products. - Provide technical leadership to product development team by participating in design, performing design reviews, code reviews and quality engineering. - Demonstrate your technical skills, as needed, to contribute to the teams products, or build tooling to help your team implement more efficiently. - Point person for technology/delivery partners, leadership team; communicate and collaborate within and across teams (middleware, DevOps, Platform, Analytics, Security etc) - Define roadmap for team s Digital Transformation journey and help the team complete that in an efficient manner. Required Skills: - Implementation experience with C#, .Net Core, Angular 14,React, ngrx, HTML, and CSS. - Implementation experience with Node/Express or NestJs. - Implementation experience working with websockets. - Displaying experience with unit testing tools such as Jest. - Demonstrating familiarity with DevOps platforms and git source control. - Understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript practices and patterns. - Using Relational(SQL Server) and Document (No SQL) databases. - Working with Application Integrations using RESTful web services. - Utilizing Cloud-based platforms and services such as Azure (preferred), GCP and/or AWS. - Understanding of Containers & Orchestration including Docker, Swarm and Kubernetes. - Understanding microservice architecture and distributed processing patterns.
