IT Head - AI Products

Responsibilities : As a Head of AI platform Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing AI-powered products/platforms grounds up using SaaS stack - Create an AI/ GenAI accelerator that automates repetitive activities of software/ SaaS implementation lifecycle e.g. requirement gathering, user story creation, code generation, quality assurance, deployment - Create AI platforms jointly with the Industry team for plug-and-play Industry use-cases - Identify automation use-cases and applicability of AI/ GenAI led technology solutions - Help in conceptualizing and delivering AI-led solutions - Design and envision product roadmap, create prototypes, business/technical architecture - Strong proficiency in Enterprise Architecture, AI and Generative AI - Leading a team of AI developers, Data Science, SaaS engineers to develop product as per defined milestones - Design and deliver the overall technology architecture of the AI & Automation platform - Strong proficiency in setting up and delivering products/ platforms in an Agile IT operating model - Manage client delivery, solutioning. Pre-sales activities Experience/Knowledge : Required Skills (Mandatory to have good understanding) : - Product Design and Development Prototyping, MVP Creation Technology Architecture design Domain Focus (Mandatory to have good understanding of at least one industry domain) - Experience and good understanding of value chains and macro-dynamics of any one of these industry verticals : Manufacturing & Automobile - Retail & CPG - BFSI Architecture Focus (Desired skill) : - Skill and proven experience in architecting B2B/B2C Products and Platforms leveraging Business/Information/Integration/ Security Architecture. Good to have knowledge of (any one) : - TOGAF - ZACHMAN - Capability Driven Architecture Technology Skills (Mandatory to have good understanding) - Hands-on experience of capabilities, applicability, limitations and risks of emerging technologies : Machine Learning, Deep Neural Networks, machine learning and deep learning libraries e.g. Sklearn, statsmodel, NLTK, Keras, Tensorflow along with deploying models on Azure, similar technologies on Cloud Hyperscaler stack, Automation platforms Business Process Focus (Proficient in at least one process area) - Understanding of key business processes across the value chain of a particular industry vertical: P2P - H2R - O2C - R2R - SCM - F&A etc. Focus (Desired skill) : - Ability to prepare crisp presentations leveraging any media, proven track record of writing & publishing blogs, articles, point of views, market research etc. Others (Optional skill) : - Participation in external talks, industry forums, thought leadership publication in social media. Past Experience (Desired skill) : - Past experience working in a Product company or Startups developing products/ platforms (ref:hirist.tech)
