Support Engineer - Java Applications

Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Java Support professional with over 4 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Java support, troubleshooting, and customer service. Key Responsibilities : - Provide technical support for Java applications and services, ensuring timely resolution of issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues reported by clients or internal teams. - Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve software defects and performance issues. - Monitor application performance and conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems. - Maintain documentation of support processes, issue resolutions, and knowledge base articles. - Assist in the deployment and configuration of Java applications in various environments. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions. - Participate in the development and implementation of support procedures and best practices.
