Job Title : Support Engineer Job type : Contract Job location : Bangalore Experience : 2 Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer with expertise in Java Application support, strong communication skills, proficiency in Shell Scripting and Unix commands, and experience in basic data structures such as Strings and Arrays. The ideal candidate will possess strong debugging skills and have knowledge of restful web services (preferred but not mandatory). Key Responsibilities : - Provide technical support for Java applications, troubleshooting issues efficiently. - Utilize Shell Scripting and Unix commands to automate tasks and streamline processes. - Demonstrate proficiency in basic data structures, including Strings and Arrays, to optimize application performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. - Document solutions and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Utilize strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide updates on support activities. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. - Proficiency in Java application support and debugging. - Strong command over Shell Scripting and Unix commands. - Experience with basic data structures like Strings and Arrays. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. - Knowledge of restful web services is a plus.
