Service Charge Officer

Job Description
My client is a reputable and successful Housing Association, currently looking to recruit a Service Charge Officer. Contract extension and longer term opportunitiers available for the right candidate.
Role:
Working within our Service Charge team, you'll assist in the delivery of complete and accurate service charge information to our customers. Responsibilities include:
* Assisting/managing and responding to customer queries
* Being on the duty line and answering calls
* Assisting with producing statements and data for mailmerges
* Providing copy documentation for customers
Skills Required:
You'll have strong administration experience with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience of working in Finance would be an advantage, but not essential.
You'll also have:
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks
• Self-starter
Key Competencies : Administration, Analytical Skills,Customer Service, Excellent Communication Skills, Organisational Skills
Prior service charge knowledge is not essential, we'll provide on the job training to support you.
Salary @ £28-30k depending on experience, flexible for someone with previous service charge experience.
Mon-Fr- 8.30 - 17.00 hrs @ 37 hours per week
