Marketplaces Manager within E-Commerce Business

On-site in Derby with hybrid working

Up to £45,000 depending on experience

Working closely with the Buying Director and E-commerce Manager you will implement and agree upon the strategy of developing the company's own brands on 3rd party direct e-commerce marketplaces. These can include Wayfair, Amazon, Ebay whilst sourcing and growing out new marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure pricing on products is aligned with company margins
• Work with marketplaces on marketing strategies
• Maximise sales potential by forecasting and sourcing appropriate product
• Plan trading activities around the calendar alongside e-commerce team
• Maintain brand image alongside the creative team on marketplaces
• Maintain strong working relationships with customer service and logistics

Key Skills:

• Experience with stock management and pricing
• Margin analysis
• Comfortable delivering projects to wider teams
• Good understanding of online retail
• Understanding of e-commerce metrics
• Self starter and driven with an eye for detail to spot niche product sourcing ideas
