Job Description

We’re on the look for a Customer Service Administrator, to join this really welcoming team based in Bristol. They’re offering a basic salary of £24,000 per annum, with additional bonuses up to £4,000 on top throughout the year. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers that need information on orders, to process new orders, have enquiries or may have something to report.


The role of Customer Service Administrator involves:


  • Developing with all incoming enquiries from customers.
  • Processing of new customer orders through the system.
  • Managing a number of customers from a specific area.
  • Helping with stock checks or order issues.
  • Calling customers to update them on their queries and orders.


For the Customer Service Administrator, you need:


  • Previous experience in customer service, retail or sales.
  • A bubbly, confident personality that enjoys speaking to new people.


As the Customer Service Administrator, you’ll get:
