How much?

Up to£33,918.98per annumfora 37.5-hour week

Whats in it for me?

Youll get 25 days paid annual leave (rising annually to 30) plus Bank Holidays.

When?

Youll work a 37.5-hour week, between 8am and 6pm but we can be flexible with this.

We do have to look after our customers 24/7, so youll be expected to cover a call out service, but dont worry, there are lots of willing folk helping out, so the rota is flexible and given in advance notice so you can plan around this.

Where?

Your primary location will be acrossNorth Yorkshire (York), but you may need to travel across the whole of Yorkshire as required.

Youll work with an experienced, dynamic and friendly team across the region, and receive training from our experts to ensure you meet our quality guidelines. Opportunities to upskill yourself with various qualifications and move up the ladder too.

Who are we looking for?

Ideally, we are looking for people who can hit the ground running, so youll have worked in similar repairs and maintenance roles, great if they have been within social housing, but certainly not a deal breaker! We really just want the skills you can bring to our teams.

Youll enjoy interacting with our customers and providing a great service. Youll also be able to perform other trades alongside plumbing, a lot of our upcoming works are installing kitchens and bathrooms so if you can turn your hand to tiling, plastering or wet walling make sure you let us know in your application. We call these roles internally Multiskilled Operatives just FYI!
