Job Description
IKEA Nottingham are looking to welcome a Customer Relations Assistants to join our fantastic Customer Relations team.

WHAT WE OFFER
The Start Date of employment will be 10th November. Competitive hourly rate of £12 per hour. 8 hours weekly, weekend only Working between the hours of 9am - 9:30pm working approx.. 4 hours daily.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
Face-to-face customer service experience is preferred but not essential Checkout Experience is preferred but not essential Experience of working in a fast-paced environment Ability to make decisions Enthusiastic about work and working with others in a team
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
You will be meeting our customers face to face, from greeting them at the main entrance, taking payment for goods and out checkouts and then ensuring that after-sales service is fast and efficient for our customers, handling complaints and claims in a friendly and efficient way.
No 2 days are ever the same but you will always create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again over time.
Build loyalty by listening to our customers & using your knowledge of IKEA product range offer informed solutions. You work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience. Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in the store while working with daily and weekly service targets to drive service delivery.
