Our Vision

The future is local. We’re building a nationwide network of neighbourhood workspaces designed to become new local hubs for work, culture, and community. We craft beautifully designed spaces on high streets and in town centres to support people working near home, achieving a better work-life balance, and building thriving careers and businesses within their communities. We also serve as a venue for cultural and community gatherings. We build relationships with our members, local groups, and cultural organisations to support and host a programme of publicly accessible workshops, talks, and events.

In January 2025,we will open in York making our home in the iconic Bonding Warehouse, overlooking the River Ouse and next to Skeldergate Bridge. Our vision is to create a new hub for York’s entrepreneurs, creatives, and community builders. You’ll find a variety of meeting and event spaces (including a podcast studio and our Academy - a flexible events studio), along with a suite of workspaces ranging from coworking studios to private offices.

We are proud to be an accredited B-Corp, representing our ongoing commitment to demonstrating that businesses can drive positive social and environmental change and be a force for good in our communities.
