We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Role Summary:

As a self-employed Window and Door Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. This role involves both remote and in-home consultations, using cutting-edge technology to make the sales process as smooth as possible. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure they receive the best value for their investment. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a deep understanding of our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct both remote and the occasional in-home consultations to understand customer needs and present appropriate window and door solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process through to closing the deal.
  • Work with provided leads and have the opportunity to generate your own through networking, referrals, and cold calling, with additional incentives for self-generated leads.
  • Maintain daily contact with assigned leads, manage the sales process effectively, and provide detailed notes using the CRM system.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively demonstrate their value and address any customer objections.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably within the window and door industry or a related field.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
