I am excited to be partnering with B&M, one of the UK’s fastest-growing retailers and a proud member of the FTSE 100. As they continue to expand, we are looking to add an Acquisitions Surveyor to their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of property acquisitions, focusing on identifying ‘big box’ units, high street, and shopping center stores.
• Negotiate with third parties on property location, size, and lease terms.
• Be flexible and willing to travel across the UK as needed.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of property law, negotiating and agreeing on Heads of Terms.

Candidate Profile:

• A self-starter with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly motivated to manage projects from initial stages through to completion.
• Able to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
• MRICS accreditation or equivalent experience in Commercial Real Estate is preferred.
