Bookkeeper
Sheffield, S26
£26,000 - £30,000pa.
Rapier Employment are proud to be working alongside our client who are one of the largest and fastest growing companies within their sector.
As a Bookkeeper your duties and responsibilities will vary daily but predominantly the following:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statement, credit card and expenses
Handle sales and purchase ledger using QuickBooks (with some on Sage)
Prepare VAT returns
Credit control
First point of contact for all financial issues.Requirements:
A self-motivated and well-organised individual with a high level of personal and professional skills.
Ability to plan and work to deadlines and proactively, effective prioritisation and to anticipate issues and problems and find solutions.
Willingness to work flexibly, when and where necessary.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Ability to relate to a wide range of people including senior stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer services skills.This role is office based in Sheffield, S26. Working Monday to Friday 07:30 – 16:30.
