We are currently partnering with one of the largest FMCG manufacturing groups in Europe, a multisite business with over 15 UK sites and 31 across Europe. This worldwide business manufactures products for some of the biggest UK retailers and has a huge database of well-established clients allowing for tons of job security and investment into their various sites. This site is currently going through expansion as production needs have grown and are searching for a multiskilled maintenance engineers to join their talented team. This production facility is state of the art hosting a wide range of machinery, the business offers fantastic machine specific training to allow for personal development and future progression opportunities for those engineers looking to step up.

About the Role:

As a multiskilled maintenance engineer your role will be varied

- Day to day maintenance (reactive and planned)

- Being involved with improvement and project work

- Electrical work including working on sensors, inverter drives, PLC, reading drawings

- Mechanical work will include working on shafts, bearings, gearboxes, and conveyors.

About You:

Our client is looking for an engineer that:

- Has experience working in a manufacturing/FMCG/Food environment

- Qualified with a UK RECOGNISED LEVEL 3 NVQ or apprenticeship

- Experience working a team and exposure to working with other engineers.

- Happy to work in a production facility that manufactures meat products.
