Ocean Freight Account Manager/Administrator
TLP Recruitment are currently working with a global logistics supplier who are growing their office teams based in Egham. We are currently recruiting for aOcean Freight Account Manager/Administratoron afull time+permanentbasis offering hybrid working.
Offer
Salary from £30k - £35k DOE
Start times can be flexible but hours would be around 8am-4:30pm.
Monday-Friday
Hybrid working 3 days office, 2 days WFH
Can be based either out of Egham or Hook office

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who hasaround 5 years experience in ocean freightand is looking todevelop their role and career. You will be able tomanage the ocean freight deskbut also aid in growing the division andbuilding a teamin the future. The right person will haveknowledge of import and export ocean freightprocedures and alsocustom entries experience.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Manage the day-to-daybookings of worldwide freight shipments
Invoice jobson completion
Extensivesupplier liaison and negotiation,verbally and via email
Internal liaison with the sales team, providing quotations and service status information
Raising job files and all of the appropriate paperwork
Process the jobs utilising the in-house software system
Customs entries for all goods
