Job Description
TeacherActive are looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant / TA to work at a fantastic Primary School based in West Malling near Maidstone, Kent.
This is a permanent opportunity starting immediately for a school that’s committed to supporting its students and staff alike – they are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant / TA who is willing to implement the school’s core values whilst supporting its pupils.
This is an opportunity for a SEND Teaching Assistant / TA to broaden their experience and skillset by working in an Ofsted rated “Good” School that is part of a wider, reputable Trust in Kent.
The Ideal SEND Teaching Assistant / TA should have:
A Level 2 or Level 3 in a relevant Teaching Assistant / TA qualification.
Experience supporting children with SEND requirements.
Experience working with children in a school setting.
Knowledge of children’s safeguarding guidelines.
