On behalf of NatWest, AMS are looking for a Scheduling and Liaison Officer - Remediation for an initial 6 Month contract based in London for ad hoc working in office.

NatWest is a major UK retail bank, providing every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.

Purpose of the Role:

The Scheduling and Liaison Officer - Remediation will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling meetings, both internally and externally, ensuring optimal use of time and resources. They will be liaising with the business and the Department of Justice, communicating and coordinating monitorship activities at pace.

What you'll do as a Scheduling and Liaison Officer - Remediation:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts and optimise meeting efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties to confirm meeting details and agendas.
  • Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and relevant documents.
  • Ensure meeting rooms or virtual meeting platforms are set up and equipped with necessary technology.
  • Send out meeting invitations and reminders to participants in a timely manner.
  • Act as a point of contact for meeting-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff to arrange travel accommodations and catering for meetings, when necessary.
  • Assist in coordinating special events or conferences as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information discussed during meetings.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve meeting scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

The skills you'll need:

  • Proficient in calendar management software such as Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, or similar tools.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and well versed with extracting data from Excel.
  • Experience in working within Remediation or audit would be ideal.
