AV Service Engineer

Position:AV Service Engineer

Type:Full-time, Permanent
Salary:£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Location:Predominantly South of the UK, with UK-wide travel and occasional overnight stays

About the Role:

Due to recent expansion, our client is seeking an experienced Service Engineer for a permanent position. While previous AV experience is preferred, it is not essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in a field-based role, with UK travel being a core element of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

AV Service Engineer Duties:

Travel to client sites as required

Replace DMB equipment, both internal and external

Perform fault finding and resolution

Report back to the service and maintenance team

Essential:

Experience in a similar role, working to strict SLAs

Field-based engineering experience across multiple site locations

Proficiency with power tools and hand tools

Excellent communication skills, initiative, and professionalism

Ability to work both in a team and independently

Full UK Driving License

Ability to commute to Reading daily

Desired:

Experience with Digital Signage, Projectors, Video walls, LED

Warehouse responsibilities

Knowledge of AV systems

Survey & Specification experience

Skills:

Good PC knowledge

Excellent IT skills and network knowledge

CSCS/ECS Card
