External Planned Refurbishment & EWI

£90,000 - £95,000 + Package

Our Client, an established construction contractor based in the South East, are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join their planned works division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of a external and EWI schemes on a high rise tower blocks in London and the Home Counties. Works being delivered include roofing replacements, window and door renewals, balcony replacements and installation of new EWI systems. You would be looking after several projects that would equate to circa £30m in value per annum.

Your team would consist of 3 contract managers, several site managers & RLO's along with sub - contractors on site. You would report directly to the Director. Ideally they want someone with a good knowledge of planned works & some D&B experience.

Day to day duties would include;

• Programming of works (MS Projects)
• Management of direct site team and sub contractors
• Ensure H&S on site is to the correct standard
• Client liaison & heading up progress meetings
• Risk assessments
• Method statements

My client are looking for someone who has proven track record as a Contract Manager/Senior Contract Manager delivering planned maintenance/decent home projects. too. A valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness certificate is desirable.
