Job Description

Contract Recruitment Consultant – Swiss Market

London – Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 from home

Trust in SODA are a next-generation recruitment specialist working across Software Engineering, DevOps, Data, Design, Marketing & Sales and Product Management. Our SODA squad operates in the UK (London), Ireland (Dublin), Switzerland (Zug), USA (Boston) to deliver a solution-focused, bespoke, personal service to employers and candidates across embedded, outsourced and retained hiring solutions.

We established our Swiss Contracts team in January 2024 and in June 2024, we received both our Permanent & Freelance SECO Licenses – This makes us only 1 of 8 agencies in the UK that hold both. Imagine working in a market with that level of competition vs the saturated UK or US markets...

This year, we’ve made fantastic progress signing large clients across Fintech, Consultancy, Pharma, and Tech and we’re looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to expand on our existing growth within our Swiss/DACH build out.

This is currently a team of 4, with experience ranging from Associate to Executive and we can provide you with any training/support required – We are not looking for previous Swiss experience.

The opportunity is to progress as a Sole Contributor or to follow a route that leads into management or mentorship. Our contract book in Switzerland has grown by 4000% this year alone and being a relationship and community-led recruitment business, we offer frequent travel to Switzerland to enable you to meet with clients and candidates face to face, to host and take part in events and networking.

We offer up to 50% commissions with no threshold, a unique short term incentive plan for all new contract joiners that can see you add an extra £6k to your base in your first year with us and all the tools you need to increase to get more out of your time (Sourcewhale, Bullhorn Automation, Bullhorn Analytics, Talent Insights, Woo and much more).

We are B-Corp accredited focusing on positive change within companies around ESG.

We have a unique community lead approach to have we interact with our candidates, clients & communities.

We’ve worked hard to create a culture that is inclusive to everyone, our benefits includes:

  • Commission paid at 10-50% with no threshold.
  • We have a unique STIP (Short Term Incentive Plan) for all new contract joiners – to help grow your base by 6k in the first year!
  • LTIP and EMI shares
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
  • Unlimited paid annual leave from Senior and above
  • A paid 6-week sabbatical after every 3 years of service
  • Paid period leave, 10 days a year on top of annual leave for your period
  • 2 days per year of charitable leave to give back to the community
  • Weekly target to finish at 3pm on a Friday if you hit your ‘WGLL'
  • Flexible lunches for gym-goers
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
  • Expense £50 a month towards gym or sports club membership
  • Subsidised healthcare – we pay 50% of your Vitality coverage
  • Dog-friendly offices – bring your furry friends to the office!
  • Future leaders training programme for first-time managers
  • Advanced leaders training programme for senior managers
  • Join our Diversity Innovation Team and make a difference across our EEGs
  • Annual Summer Incentive Trips for all staff such as Miami, Croatia, Mexico, Mykonos etc
  • Annual Summer & Winter Parties for all staff
  • Quarterly Lunch Club incentives for all staff
  • Loans for home office set up
  • Staff Treats subscription – a discount platform with a whole host of perks, discounts, and benefits
